The Artist reserves the rights to use all artworks produced for the client on her own promotional materials such as to showcase on the website, Facebook or future publications. The client is assigned rights to use the artwork purchased for any purposes, whether it is for personal or commercial. Because time had been spent on the artwork, there will be no refunds. Please be assured that the artist will do her best to make sure that your caricature look like you and deliver only artwork that is up to her high expectation.
